Infamous pirate Captain Killdevil thought it would be hilarious to christen his new ship “Neptune’s Kiss” (google it). Angered by his blasphemy, the sea god Neptune has sent the Kraken to punish the Captain and destroy his pirate ship! Now you can celebrate Captain Killdevil’s demise with the Neptune’s Kiss mug and votive set by Shima Ceramics.
100 sets will be made in total. 29 sets are available at this time; the rest will be made and released over the next few months. 

Several color variations are available. This “kraken green” variation features a satin-matte black ship and a glossy, spotted, lime green kraken.

The bow of the ship measures 9” x 4” x 6.5” tall, with room for 16 oz of rum in the hold. Features include the mighty kraken crushing the hull and foremast; the anchor thrown on deck; and a hapless sailor caught in a tentacle’s deadly grasp.

The stern and and Captain’s cabin section measures 4.5” x 4” x 6” tall, and holds 1 flickering led votive (included). Note the barrels of rum being scooped up by the Kraken, and Captain Killdevil clinging to his ship for dear life even as it simultaneously blazes and sinks.

Lighting the votive: Real candles get too hot! Included is a white, flickering led tea light. If you want to upgrade to a more realistic flame, like the one shown in the picture here, I recommend something like this. It has a cord, but it is powerful and looks like real fire:
